2005 GMC WT5500 Turbo Diesel Utility Box Van With Internal Crane Hoist capable of lifting up to 4,000 lbs.

This custom-built, one-of-a-kind utility vehicle could be used for (but not limited to) the following:

Automotive – pick up/transport engines, transmissions and other heavy parts
Fishing industry – pick up lobster, crab, etc. crates
General construction – pick up wood loads, pallets of building supplies, etc.

Company maintained (records available). 6 brand new tires just installed in 2023 (less than 1000 miles on them). 3 spare tires are included. All front cab seats were re-upholstered in June 2023.

The remotely controlled electric crane fully retracts into the cargo compartment. The crane can extend approximately 8’ out from the rear of the box van and can safely lift up to 4,000 lbs. with stabilizers extended. It fully retracts into the box van and can locate its cargo all the way to the rear of the compartment. The attached pictures show the crane hoist. A video of the crane operation is below.
